Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. General Provisions

This document is the consent of the user (hereinafter — "Subject") to the processing of personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".

By checking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" during registration or use of the Codora AI platform (hereinafter — "Platform"), the Subject confirms their voluntary and informed consent to the processing of their personal data under the conditions described below.

2. Data Controller

The controller of personal data is the Codora AI project team. Contact email: support@codora-ai.ru.

3. Data Subject

The data subject is any individual who has created an account on the Platform and accepted the terms of this consent.

4. List of Personal Data Processed

The Subject gives consent to the processing of the following personal data:

• First name, last name
• Email address
• Source code uploaded for analysis
• Platform usage data (analysis results, skill profile, recommendations)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, session identifiers)

5. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• User registration and authentication on the Platform
• Providing code analysis services and generating results
• Personalizing learning recommendations and skill tracking
• Improving the Platform's algorithms and functionality
• Communication with the User regarding services

6. Data Processing Actions

The Subject agrees to the following data processing actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (access provision), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

7. Duration of Consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given and for the entire period of use of the Platform, and also for 3 (three) years after the termination of use, unless a different period is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

The Subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written request to: support@codora-ai.ru.

In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Controller has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

The Subject has the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of their personal data
• Request correction of personal data
• Request deletion of personal data
• Object to the processing of personal data
• File a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor)

10. Legal Basis

This consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation governing the protection of personal data.
